Quote: We will provide you with a quote for your car based on the information you provide. Our quote is valid for 7 days and subject to final inspection of the car. If the car is not as described, we reserve the right to adjust the quote or reject the purchase.
Payment: If you agree to sell your car to us, we will make payment via internet transfer to the bank account that matches the car registration details. Payment will be made on the same day if the sale is agreed before 11am, otherwise it will be made on the next business day.
Ownership: You agree that you are the legal owner of the car and have the right to sell it to us.
Warranty: You acknowledge that the car is sold in “as is” condition and we make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the car.
Liability: You agree that Sell and Buy Cars and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the purchase of your car.
